You love your people. But damn, they can be exhausting. Amiright?! Except...maybe they’re not actually asking you to do all the things...
Hear me out: maybe you’re saying yes when you want to say no. That can look like taking responsibility for everyone’s feelings or avoiding the conversation because God forbid someone be disappointed in you. You've learned to stretch yourself way past your actual capacity because keeping everyone at ease feels safer than rocking the boat.
But that's when the resentment comes up. You know the inner voice: Why does everyone need so much from me? I love them but they' need so much from me. Babe, you volunteered. 👀 That's people-pleasing at its finest.
And while it may have helped you create connection and avoid conflict once upon a time, it isn't working anymore. It's what is leaving you exhausted and (ironically) disconnected from the very relationships you’re trying so hard to protect. Some of us learned to believe that we weren't wanted...so we learned to be needed.
In this free workshop, you'll learn how to:
- Catch your people-pleasing in the act
- Figure out what you actually need
- Set a boundary without making it weird
- Build relationships that feel reciprocal instead of one-sided
The goal isn't to stop caring about people, it's to stop making self-sacrifice the price of connection. You can be kind without overextending and you can say no and still be loving. Come learn how.
